Can I place a custom order or reserve a specific serialization number?
Standard inventory cannot be reserved pre-launch. Serialization numbers are assigned strictly in chronological order at the exact millisecond of successful checkout completion. For the Neon Pulse: Soul of Cedar series, numbers 01/20 through 20/20 are unalterable ancestral records stamped directly into the core.

What is the Digital Passport and how do I activate it?
Embedded invisibly beneath the triple-resin armor of select models lies an integrated NFC chip. To activate it, simply unlock your mobile device and tap it against the upper silhouette of the lure. Your browser will instantly fetch the unique digital twin of your specimen, verifying its physical serialization, authenticity, and lifelong provenance records.
What happens if my Digital Passport chip gets physically compromised during extreme offshore combat?
The NFC chip is structurally shockproof and completely sealed against hydrostatic pressure inside the core. If catastrophic pelagic destruction physically shears the lure in half and destroys the chip, your physical serialization code engraved on the wire matrix remains your permanent proof of authenticity. What are the shipping protocols and international transit rates?
